Booking terms and cancellation conditions
- Until 14 days before arrival free of charge.
- On later arrival or earlier departure the full room price will be charged.
- Refund of non used rooms is not possible.We recommend that you take out a Travel / Cancellation insurance.
General conditions
- Upon arrival our hotel rooms are available from 14.00.
- Your room must be vacated by latest 11.00.
- There is no claim to the provision of certain rooms. If booked rooms are for any reason lo longer available, the hotel is obliged to offer a replacement room in the hotel or in a similar hotel.
- Normally we serve an evening meal on half board basis.
- Please be certain to pay your bill either in cash or credit card before departure.
- We reserve the right to invoice the full amount well in advance of arrival.
